Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sea salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Dressing can be stored in a mason jar in the refrigerator. Shake well before using.
