Ingredients
¾ cup almond milk or coconut milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
¼ of an avocado
3 Tbsp protein powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tbsp cashew butter or nut butter
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend together.
2. Add water or ice cubes to reach desired consistency and enjoy!
