Ingredients
1 banana, peeled and frozen
1/2 cup cauliflower rice, frozen
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (add more as needed)
2 Tbsp almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
½-1 Tbsp cocoa powder (depending on how chocolatey you like it)
1 scoop of collagen or vanilla protein powder
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
