Are you at a loss when it comes to choosing healthy snacks? Do you want to get healthier, but don’t know where to start? Are the items in your pantry a consistent obstacle to meeting your goals? Well, this post is for you! Here, we have all of our favorite snacks, treats, and timesavers – straight from our pantry! That’s right, we have compiled a long list of our favorite healthy snacks. You can thank Dr. Sarah, Traci, Kathryn, and of course Dr. Bob for all the recommendations below!
We understand. We all are busy and have multiple time commitments. But we’re not going to compromise on our health, or that of our children’s, either! We need to make modern life meet convenience. And this is how we do it!
We know how tough it is to say goodbye to your old wheat and dairy standbys. Certainly, it’s disappointing to try something new and not like the texture or taste. That’s why we’re offering you our tried-and-true options. We’ve already done the trial-and-error and experiments with dinners gone wrong. You can benefit from our years of mistakes! We have finally settled on our favorite family-pleasers right here.
Our hope is that you can use these suggestions to remake your pantry – and your fridge – in a much healthier way. Of course, you don’t need to do it all at once. As certain things run out, keep an eye out for these healthier choices. You’ll be glad you did!

Coconut is a very therapeutic food. It’s antifungal, antibacterial, and antiyeast. So, if you can get coconut into your diet on a regular basis – that’s even better! Jennie’s Macaroons are wonderful to get your gut back on track when something has thrown it off kilter. The coconut fiber is great for absorbing excess fluid in the intestines, and sweeping toxins and pathogens out.
Timesaver Side Dishes
In the Freezer
Nothing saves time better than having something in the freezer you can just grab and heat up! Consider keeping some of these winners on hand at all times.
As much as we love having a store-bought thin and crispy pizza, we do like to doctor it up a bit. Usually we’ll chop up whatever leftovers are in the fridge – maybe a little sausage meat, chopped peppers, or even arugula! It’s super speedy and great when you’re too hungry to wait!
Looking ahead…
Being able to put dinner on the table in a hurry AND keep everyone healthy can be a challenge. It’s easier when you can order everything from one place, like from Thrive Market. Nothing is easier or saves you more money! Try it out!
We hope you’ll try some of these healthy snacks and time saver options. It’s how we make it work for our families – time tested and approved!!
