And to make sure you can digest all this…
When you’re heading off to Grandma’s for a big dinner, you want to make sure your stomach can handle all the goodies she’s got planned for you. So come prepared with a few digestive aids. You’ll be glad you did!
- Zypan: Start at the beginning of the digestive process and support your stomach with some extra hydrochloric acid (aka stomach acid). Zypan breaks down your proteins quickly and supports normal movement out of the stomach and into the intestines. Contraindicated if you have a stomach ulcer.
- A-F Betafood: This combo of Vitamin A, beetroot and essential fatty acids supports liver and gallbladder function. It thins the bile that breaks down your dietary fats. If you overindulge, your body will have the support it needs to prevent feeling bogged down and having stomach upset. This one is essential to prevent constipation!
- HiPep: This is a digestive super blend of calming herbs like Chamomile and Meadowsweet. It’s great to keep on hand if you’re prone to heartburn or indigestion after a meal. It calms down irritated tissues and promotes healing so you can feel your normal self again!
