Ingredients
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1-1/2 to 1-2/3 cup Jameson whiskey (depending on taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-1/2 tbsp organic chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp Starbucks instant coffee
- Optional – Splash of Peppermint vodka
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
Pour into glass bottles and store tightly closed in the fridge.
Keep refrigerated. You may need to allow the cream to warm up slightly before pouring, if it gets a little too hard.
