Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm.
If you haven’t received your order or a tracking number within 3 days, please call us! (404) 973-0188

Carrier
We use the US Postal Service to deliver orders from our office. Online orders fulfilled through Standard Process are delivered through UPS.

Order Tracking
You should receive an email with a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order.

Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate of $13.00 for shipping. Please note that shipping is free for all orders over $100.00.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, it will not be available to order through the website. However, we may have the product on the shelf in our Marietta office, so please call!

Returns and Refunds
Your item must be in its original unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. All returns shall occur within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@drbobbacon.com to request a refund. You could also submit a request through our website.
2. Mail your returned item to: East Cobb Spine and Sport Chiropractic, 601 Woodlawn Drive, Suite 110, Marietta, GA 30067.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating:

• the reason for your return,
• your contact information, and
• a copy of your original order confirmation.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.  And we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
